The person behind the work

Built by someone who's done it before.

Khoda Consulting isn't a big firm with a junior team doing the work. It's one experienced person — with a decade of enterprise engineering and product — working directly on your problem.

A decade in enterprise. Now working for you.

I spent over a decade working inside large organizations — building software products, leading engineering teams, and driving AI initiatives at Fortune 500 companies. I've shipped products used by millions, managed complex technical roadmaps, and seen firsthand how the best companies use technology to create real competitive advantages.

What I noticed along the way: the strategies, tools, and thinking that make enterprise companies move fast are almost never available to smaller, growing businesses. Not because they're complicated — but because they're expensive to access. That's the gap Khoda Consulting exists to close.

Why I started this.

AI is changing what's possible for businesses of every size — but most small and growing companies don't have the internal talent to figure out where it actually fits, let alone build it. And most consultants either charge enterprise rates or lack the technical depth to go beyond strategy decks.

I wanted to build something different: a practice where every client works directly with me, gets enterprise-caliber thinking, and ends up with something real — not a slide deck, not a vague roadmap, but a working product or a clear plan they can act on immediately.

What you can expect.

You talk to me, not a team
Every conversation, every deliverable, every decision — I'm involved directly. No account managers, no handoffs to junior staff.
Honest before agreeable
If AI isn't the right solution for your problem, I'll tell you. I'd rather lose a project than waste your time and budget on the wrong thing.
Strategy that can become code
I design AI systems I can actually build. No recommendations I can't implement — every roadmap is grounded in what's technically feasible and economically sensible.
Outcomes, not hours
I scope work around what you get, not how long it takes. Fixed-price projects, clear deliverables, defined success criteria before we start.
